CURRENT STATUS OF MANAGEMENT OF CHILDREN'S EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES ACCORDING TO THE REGGIO EMILIA METHOD AT NGO THOI NHIEM KINDERGARTEN, NHA TRANG WARD, KHANH HOA PROVINCE
Abstract
Managing children's educational activities is one of the most important tasks of kindergartens to effectively implement educational goals, help children develop comprehensively in terms of physical, emotional, intellectual, and aesthetic aspects, form the first elements of personality, and prepare children for first grade. The results of a survey on the current status of managing children's educational activities at Ngo Thoi Nhiem kindergarten according to the Reggio Emilia method in terms of planning, organizing training for teachers, directing and coordinating with parents, checking and evaluating children's educational activities show that the activities are implemented at a fairly good level. This is an important practical basis for proposing effective management measures to contribute to improving the quality of children's educational activities at kindergartens in the context of current educational innovation.
