Abstract
Online business plays a vital role in the modern economy, especially amid rapid digital transformation and shifting consumer trends. In the tourism sector, online tourism business is not only an inevitable trend but also a driver of sustainable development, contributing to the modernization of tourism activities, enhancing customer experience, and creating new growth opportunities for enterprises. In Vietnam, the adoption of digital technologies in tourism business opens access to global markets while simultaneously presenting challenges related to infrastructure, human resources, and development strategies. This article analyzes the current situation, opportunities, and challenges of Vietnam’s online tourism business market and proposes several solutions to provide tourism enterprises and governmental agencies with new perspectives for developing orientations and policies that support the sustainable and effective growth of online tourism business.
