Abstract
This research is conducted to study the application of SERVQUAL model in 5
groups of service (study and research support service, profession support service, health
and psychology support service, extra activity support service and other service) at Hanoi
Metropolitan University. The research is aimed to help HNMU eveluate precisely the
situation of this service and contribute to the improvement of the service quality for the
