PROTECTING PRIVACY RIGHTS ON THE INTERNET IN THE AGE OF INDUSTRY 4.0

Abstract

Stated in the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party for the
development orientation of the country in the period 2021 - 2030, in addition to the task of "...strongly applying science and technology, especially achievements of the fourth industrial revolution, creating a strong impetus for rapid and sustainable development”[3], the Party has pointed out that ensuring "human security" in the current digital economy is an essential task. Human security is not only the guarantee of material
life but also the guarantee of spiritual life, especially the basic human right in social life which emphasizes the right to be protected individual’s privacy in the context of Industry 4.0. The article analyzes and clarifies the law to protect privacy for the citizen in the age of technology development 4.0, thereby proposing some solutions to improve human privacy rights in the Internet in Vietnam.
