CLAMING SOVEREIGNTY OF VIETNAM OVER HOANG SA PARACEL ISLANDS BASED ON LEGAL BASIS

Abstract

Based on historical evidence, the article provides legal basis for claming
Vietnam's sovereignty over Hoang Sa archipelago, thereby demonstrating Vietnam's inviolable rights and sovereignty over the islands. The paper also attempts to reject some unfounded arguments and infringement upon Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa archipelago.
