PROMOTING AUTONOMY TOWARDS INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION BETWEEN VIETNAM AND KOREA (FOLLOWING THE SUSTAINABILITY TRENDS)

Abstract

With the existence and in Northeast Asia for a half of century, Korea has
considered the importance of building and developing a modern-oriented education with the aim of improving the quality human resources in the region and the world. After leaving the World War II, from a backward agricultural country, Korea has attempted to develop high-quality human resources based on the role of education. Accordingly, the country has
developed training objectives, program content, teaching methods, and teaching staff suitable for each development stage. In the article, we will give some solutions to strengthen the relationship in cooperating education between Vietnam and Korea. The article also presents Korean experiences in training high-quality human resources associated with the context of university autonomy following sustainability trends
