Abstract
On account of constant changes in teaching and learning methods during the Covid -19 pandemic, the implementation of teaching and learning English for students of Hanoi Metropolitan University has also made appropriate adjustments. This article focuses on researching the implementation of an online flipped classroom model to teach Listening and Speaking skills for students of Primary Education-English (PE-E) Class, Faculty of Education, Hanoi Metropolitan University. From the research results, the article makes a number of suggestions and recommendations to implement the teaching and learning of the Listening and Speaking Module for Primary Education students from faculties of Pedagogy in a more effective way. The study merely focuses on a typical group of subjects to create a premise for further, more in-depth studies and on a broader research scope; thereby expecting more applicable results.
