IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF HUMAN RESOURCES AT HANOI METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY- SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract

     Improving the quality of human resources is a task associated with the construction and development process of any higher education institution in the country, including Hanoi Metropolitan University. Depending on the development stage, this task has different requirements. The improvement of the quality of human resources at Hanoi Metropolitan University is carried out in the condition of streamlining the staff, restructuring the team and organizational apparatus and the requirements of the autonomy mechanism at the University. This is an unprecedented difficulty that we must find a way to overcome to ensure the development of Hanoi City.
