SOME SOLUTIONS FOR UTILIZING AND DEVELOPING SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY HUMAN RESOURCES FOR SUSTAINABLE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF HANOI

Abstract

    Developing high-quality human resources, especially in the field of science and technology (S&T), is one of the important tasks of the socio-economic development strategy of Hanoi by 2030. Hanoi has many advantages over the country regarding S&T human resources but has not fully utilized this potential. The S&T human resources of Hanoi are currently not meeting the development requirements and are not being effectively planned and utilized... Based on the assessment of the current situation of S&T human resources in the capital compared to the country and the study of the development directions of Hanoi's S&T human resources for the period 2021 - 2025, the article proposes some solutions to utilize and develop S&T human resources for the capital to meet the requirements of sustainable socio-economic development.
