CURRENT STATUS AND SOLUTIONS FOR ENHANCING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ORGANIZING EXPERIENTIAL ACTIVITIES FOR STUDENTS IN THE FACULTY OF CULTURE AND TOURISM - HANOI METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY

Abstract

     Through the use of analytical and synthetic methods of scientific documentation, along with online surveys, the article has analyzed the current situation regarding the organization of experiential activities for students of the Faculty of Culture and Tourism at Hanoi Metropolitan University. This includes the richness, diversity, and appropriateness of experiential activities to the training program and the actual needs of students; student evaluations of the effectiveness of experiential activities; and the impacts of these activities. Based on this, the article proposes 8 solutions to organize experiential activities for students of the Faculty of Culture and Tourism at Hanoi Metropolitan University to enhance the effectiveness of this organization."
