PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR NATURAL SCIENCE TEACHERS – SOME DIFFICULTIES OF LEARNERS

Abstract
The subject of Natural Sciences has been adopted at school since the 2021-2022 school year. To ensure the teaching quality, it is necessary to implement regular teacher training. The study investigated 299 teachers who participated in natural science training programs to understand the difficulties encountered while they were attending the programs. The teacher’s biggest difficulty is how to arrange time to attend the programs. Other difficulties include such factors such as the teacher's qualified expertise, the number of years of teaching experience. The research results are a resource for administrators to make appropriate decisions to improve the effectiveness of the training process.
