EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING AND APPLICATION OF EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING MODEL IN TRAINING TEACHING ABILITY VIETNAMESE FOR PRE-SERVICE TEACHER PRIMARY EDUCATION
Abstract
In order to meet the requirements 2018 general education program in the current teaching and learning context, educational institutions attach importance to developing learners' abilities. For universities with pedagogical training, pre-service teacher - future teachers are considered the "center" of the teaching process; therefore, all educational activities aim to train pre-service teacher to have the necessary qualities and skills for future teaching jobs. In recent years, experiential learning has become an active teaching and learning direction, contributing to strongly optimizing the vocational training process of pre-service teacher. Within the scope of this article, we generalize the basic content of experiential learning, thereby suggesting directions for applying the experiential learning model in training teaching ability Vietnamese for pre-service teacher primary education.
