Abstract

   Social-emotional competence plays a crucial role in the holistic development of middle school students. This article presents the theoretical foundations of social-emotional competence, its components, and its development. It also proposes several topics for experiential and career guidance activities at the secondary school level, including specific activity frameworks for developing social and emotional skills in students. The findings from this research are intended to provide valuable insights for the educational community, school administrators, and teachers, helping them design appropriate educational activities that support the comprehensive development of secondary school students - encompassing both knowledge and essential life skills for future careers.
