DEVELOPMENT OF CAPACITY TO ORGANIZE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE DIRECTION OF EXPERIENCES FOR STUDENTS IN THE MAJOR OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AT CURRENT CONTEXT
Abstract
From the overview of general issues in organizing experiential educational activities for children in preschool, this article emphasizes the development of the capacity to organize experiential educational activities for students in the field of early childhood education to meet the requirements of the really necessary preschool education program. The article also points out the necessary elements of the ability to organize educational activities in the direction of experience such as: the ability to build operational ideas; the ability to design operational organizational plans; the ability to organize the implementation of operational plans; the ability to evaluate and adjust operational plans in accordance with the characteristics of each field, the characteristics of each child and the specific conditions of each locality. From the study of the training program and output standards of the preschool teacher sector of Hanoi Metropolitan University as well as the current educational innovation requirements, the article also proposes a number of measures to develop the capacity to organize educational activities in the direction of experience for students in the preschool education sector in order to help students/teachers in the field of preschool education. to be more flexible in developing and implementing preschool education programs suitable to children and local conditions.
