Managing professional development activities for preschool teachers to meet renovation requirements
Abstract
Managing professional training activities for preschool teachers plays an important role, in order to meet the need for innovation in the spirit of NQ29/NQ-TW “basically and comprehensively innovating education to meet the requirements of industrialization - modernize the country”. Annual training for preschool teachers helps teachers update new knowledge and access to advanced educational methods in the world, thereby promoting their own capacity in organizing educational activities. Play activities for children in accordance with the goals of the current Preschool Education Program, training preschool teachers to contribute to children’s orientation, enhance the value of the school, and improve the quality of care and education for preschool children. Therefore, managing training activities with appropriate planning, content, form and remuneration will improve the effectiveness of training and help school quality management develop to meet the needs of the school, current educational innovation requirements.
