Abstract

The effective organization of experiential and vocational activities is crucial for the comprehensive development of students. These activities not only bridge the gap between theory and practice but also foster essential practical skills. Experiential and vocational activities can be organized in diverse formats, both within and outside the classroom and school, and at various scales, ranging from group, class, and grade levels to school-wide events. Four primary types of activities include flag-raising ceremonies, homeroom activities, themed educational activities (regular and periodic), and club activities. These activities are designed to be engaging and adaptable to the diverse psychological characteristics, needs, and aspirations of students. Thanks to their diverse organizational formats, these activities are often light-hearted and enjoyable, inspiring students to actively participate and absorb the content. These activities not only effectively support the core curriculum but also boost students’ self-confidence and motivation to learn.
