Abstract
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are a valuable number that indicates whether an organization is achieving its stated goals or not. This index is often used by leaders and management organizations to evaluate the performance of the entire organization and individual individuals. Improving the school's operational efficiency in the context of increasingly fierce competition, attaching individual chemotherapy tools to the school, applying KPIs results in school operations is a requirement for all weak today. The article discusses issues related to KPIs, thereby providing some recommendations for debate on the issue of building KPIs linked to the implementation of common goals of organizations in general, for universities. study in Hanoi capital in particular.
