Abstract

     Nghia Hung district, Nam Dinh province has a natural area of ​​254.6km2, flat terrain, cool climate all year round. The district has 12km of coastline, running along the coast are hundreds of hectares of sedges, thousands of hectares of parrots, aquaculture lagoons and 50 hectares of salt fields. The land is fertile and fertile, and the diurnal tide regime is an advantage in the district's agricultural production. With such characteristics, it can be seen that the livelihood of coastal residents in Nghia Hung district depends a lot on the natural environment. The livelihood activities of coastal residents such as agriculture, salt production, mining and aquaculture have contributed to ensuring food security and economic development for the locality. Through the livelihood activities of the coastal residents of Nghia Hung, we can see the culture and behavior of the people with the natural coastal environment here. In the framework of this article, the author studies the current status of fishing and aquaculture, the status of cultural behavior shown in the activities of utilizing and adapting to the natural environment and proposes some recommendations. behavior orientation solutions suitable to the natural environment in livelihood activities for coastal residents in Nghia Hung district.
