Abstract

The article focuses on examining the current application of information technology (IT) in quality management activities at the IELTS 9.0 Review Center- a standardized international training model transferred from the Philippines, which integrates various digital platforms such as CRM, LMS, Zoom, Take a Test, Tracking Card, and KPI to monitor training quality. The study reveals that IT applications play an important role in standardizing training procedures, enhancing transparency in assessment, expanding learning accessibility, and improving training quality in accordance with international standards. It also identifies several challenges in the implementation process, including disparities in teachers’ digital competence, system upgrade requirements, and data security concerns. Based on these researches, the article  proposes a set of solutions such as improving teachers’ digital litteracy, developing a unified digital management structure, and applying AI in data analysis. The study offers practical implications for language centers undergoing digital transformation and contributes to building an effective and sustainable English language teaching quality management model aligned with international standards.
