Abstract

The article proposes the development of an automatic assessment system for programming skills for students in information technology at Hanoi Metropolitan University. This system supports the organization of the exam to assess programming skills and allows applicants to take the exam online via the Internet or Local Area Network (LAN). The system accepts applicants' work and automatically scores completely objectively on predefined test sets, without being influenced by subjective opinions or the examiner's psychology.
