Abstract

One of the key components of local agency regulations is the division of administrative units, which serves as the basis for the establishment and operation of local agencies. The author of this essay offers fresh perspectives on how the local government laws of the 2013 Constitution differ from those of the 1992 Constitution with regard to the distribution of administrative units. Simultaneously, the essay assesses the practical application of administrative unit regulations and makes some recommendations to improve these regulations
