Abstract

Decree No. 16/2022/ND-CP is an important legal basis to help competent entities sanction administrative violations of construction order. Strict compliance with these regulations will be an effective solution to bring construction activities in the area into a certain order and framework. However, currently the sanctioning of administrative violations of construction order has not been effective due to inadequacies in relevant legal provisions. This article focuses on analyzing the limitations and inadequacies in the provisions of the law on sanctioning administrative violations of construction order and proposes some perfect solutions.
