Abstract

After being implemented for more than a decade, the Law on Commercial Arbitration 2010 has affirmed its influence on the development of commercial arbitration in Vietnam. However, along with the increasing development of the country's economy and society and the popularity ofinternational trade activities is the appearance of limitations that are no longer consistent with the reality of the country’s legal system on commercial arbitration. In addition, the reality of international commercial dispute settlement at Vietnam International Arbitration Centers cannot avoid arising problems, which need to be adjusted and completed. The article focuses on researching on the status of international commercial dispute settlement between traders in the form of commercial arbitration at Vietnam international commercial arbitration centers. From there, it shall point out the shortcomings, limitations and propose solutions to improve the law, improve the efficiency of law implementation on international commercial dispute settlement at arbitration centers in Vietnam.
