Abstract
In the context of buying and selling apartments, consumer rights protection laws encompass regulations aimed at preventing or addressing violations of consumers’ legitimate rights and interests during these transactions. Given that consumers are often vulnerable, safeguarding their rights is pivotal for establishing a fair and transparent real estate market. These regulations cover aspects such as apartment purchase and sale contracts, investor responsibilities, and the role of state management agencies in protecting consumer rights. This article analyzes the current state of consumer rights protection laws related to apartment transactions, considering the Housing Law, Real Estate Business Law, and the Law on Consumer Rights Protection. Based on this analysis, the article proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of consumer rights protection
