Abstract

The regulations on the concentration and accumulation of agricultural land are pivotal in driving the development of modern agriculture with large - scale production, contributing to enhanced land use efficiency. Historically, due to policies that tightly controlled agricultural land, the Land Law of Vietnam across different periods has restricted the scope of access and the limits on transferring such land. This has not only indirectly impeded the process of concentrating and accumulating land for agricultural development but has also resulted in various consequences for the real estate market. Therefore, to address these issues, Land Law 2024 introduces key adjustments aimed at expanding access rights and providing a more favorable framework for businesses and farmers.
