Abstract

The article analyzes the key attributes that constitute the distinctive harmony inherent in the commercial mediation model, including aspects related to entities, nature, characteristics, principles, objectives, and legal consequences. Simultaneously, it demonstrates the advantages of commercial mediation over other dispute resolution methods. Finally, the author proposes directions to improve and enhance the effectiveness of applying the commercial mediation model in Vietnam in the new era.
