Abstract

The role of the People's Procuracy in reviewing and approving decisions and orders issued by investigative authorities is of great importance. Accordingly, the criminal procedure law has provided specific regulations on the authority of the Procuracy in this activity. However, certain limitations and obstacles still remain in practice. Based on an evaluation of the current legal provisions and the evidence in practice implementation of this authority by the People's Procuracy, the author offers several proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the legal framework
