Abstract

Cosmetic surgery service business is one of the beauty industries and is growing rapidly in Vietnam today. Providing information on cosmetic surgery services in accordance with the law is very important for consumers. This article focuses on studying some legal provisions and practical implementation of the law on the responsibility of enterprises in providing information on cosmetic surgery services; thereby proposing solutions to improve the law and improve the effectiveness of law enforcement on the responsibility of enterprises in providing information on cosmetic surgery services in Vietnam
