CRIMINAL LIABILITY OF LEGAL ENTITIES ACCORDING TO THE REGULATION OF VIETNAMESE PENAL CODE IN 2015

Abstract

The article clarifies issues of the scope and conditions of criminal entities subject to penal liability in accordance with Vietnam's criminal law. The problem is studied in comparison with regulations in some countries around the world. Research results help us to have a multi-dimensional view in theory, as well as practice on the issue of legal entities committing crimes.
