PROTECTION OF DENOUNCERS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE DENUNCIATION LAW 2018

Abstract

The article analyzes the provisions of the 2018 Law on Denunciations on the measures to protect the denouncers. From general provisions on the protection of denouncers to specific provisions on the protection of denouncers such as the protection of information confidentiality, their working position, employment as well as the life and dignity of the denouncers. In addition, it gives the meaning of the necessary regulations in practice.
