SOME LEGAL PROBLEMS ABOUT “CONDOTEL” IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract

In the process of implementing the provisions of laws related to construction, real estate projects and development of the housing market based on the needs of society, the State has issued many policies, legal provisions for different types of businesses. However, the process of urbanization and the dynamics of the economy also generated some types of business in real estate sector where legal issues as well as risk management have not been adjusted by the State timely. Condotel is a prime example. The paper "Some legal problems about Condotel in Vietnam today” will clarify the contents, legal regulations, shortcomings in the legal framework to regulate condotel activities in Vietnam today and the direction to propose adjustments to operations of condotel in Vietnam today.
