Abstract

Bankruptcy is an inevitable phenomenon of the market economy. Bankruptcy Law of 2014 has become a necessary legal framework for businesses to withdraw from the market. However, besides the advantages, there are some shortcomings regarding several provisions on the Asset Management, asset management and liquidation Enterprises that cause difficulties for the implementation of this law. Therefore, certain amendments are needed.
