Employers' representative organizations - Some legal issues and orientation for implementation

Abstract

As a party to labor relations, employers' representative organizations play an important role in the two-party and tripartite mechanism. Interational and national law have established a governing legal corridor on representative organizations of employers. However, in the application process, there are still certain limitations and shortcomings. The article assesses the current legal status of employers' representative organizations and recommends perfection solutions in the future.
