Abstract

Law dissemination and education (PBGDPL) activities for marine fishermen in recent years have always been paid special attention by the Party and State due to its current significance, especially in the context of political developments in the South China Sea. However, in reality, the operation of PBGDPL for fishermen still faces many difficulties, stemming from many objective and subjective factors, which directly affect the effectiveness and set purpose. The study of the difficulties and problems of PBGDPL activities for fishermen is both topical and foundational to propose solutions to improve the efficiency of this activity in the coming time.
