Abstract

"Patent information" means technical and legal information including: a complete description of the procedure, the protection requirements, the scope of protection as well as information about the patent holder, patenting time. The exploitation of patent information (TTSC) will create conditions to shorten the technical gap and bring about high economic efficiency in production. In Vietnam, the Intellectual Property Law, the international treaties which Vietnam is a member such as: Paris Convention, Agreement on trade-related aspects of IPR Trips),... are legal bases for individuals and organizations in Vietnam to apply invention patents with no protection effect in Vietnam for free.
