Building career skills for law students, through the practical activities of the court clerk

Abstract

Learning with practice is an important principle in training, especially training in Law. In the present situation, many employers have to retrain students to be recruited. This clearly shows the fact that law student training is focusing too much on knowledge but forgetting about skills. Among the job positions of law graduates, the job positions in the People's Court system, of which the position of court clerks accounts for a large proportion in the overall job picture of of law students. Recognizing the above problem, this article will analyze and evaluate the situation in professional skill training activities for students of the University of Law-Hue University. From there, it is proposed to build a set of career skills for law students, through the practical activities of the court clerk to improve professional skills for law students, and at the same time increase job opportunities after graduating.
