COMPLETION OF E-LEARNING REGULATIONS APPLYING IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC THROUGH PRACTICING AT THE UNIVERSITY OF LAW, HUE UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The epidemic crisis of Covid-19 at the end of 2019 and 2020 spreads at a fast rate and has had unexpected dangers to the development around the world in general and in Vietnam in particular. Since then, e-learning forms have been used as an useful tool to support learners to complete their work effectively and the most important thing that is they do not affect the teachers’ teaching performance. The Google Classroom and Google Meet system are ones of the helpful softwares in this moment and the University of Law, Hue University has also quickly implemented teaching with two systems in order to not interrupt the learning of our students. However, when it has been going into operation, learners and lecturers have met a lot of problems, especially the issue of lacking of specific guidelines and regulations for e-learning. This article shares a number of practical issues of implementation as well as proposing solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of e-learning in the coming time through recommending adjustments and supplements to a number of relating regulations.
