Abstract

Giving birth with assisted reproductive technology is no longer a new issue from both legal and practical perspectives. But in reality, there are still many different interpretations of this issue. In this article, we focus on analyzing the most basic theoretical issues about giving birth with assisted reproductive technology. From there, it is possible to ensure a consistent understanding and application in real life.
