Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is one of the most dangerous infectious diseases, capable of spreading rapidly and causing adverse effects on the health and life of patients. To limit the spread of epidemics in order to ensure the safety of the health and life of the people as well as maintain social order and safety, the competent agencies within the scope of their duties and powers have issued many different legal documents to prevent the pandemic. The article analyzes the current status of promulgating legal documents on infectious diseases prevention and control in the Covid-19 pandemic prevention period to clarify some arising legal problems and propose complete solutions.
