IMPLEMENTING ACCOUNTABILITY IN EDUCATION IN VIET NAM: NEEDS AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract

Education has long been regarded as an important field for every country and nation. Prioritization, investment in education and training is among the key policies and measures for development in many countries around the world, including Viet Nam. Because of such importance, accountability in the field of education has received a great deal of attention from society and academia both in terms of policy and law enforcement. The article focuses on analyzing and clarifying the need for accountability in education in Viet Nam, thereby proposing directions for implementing accountability in the coming time.
