SOME ISSUES ON PROTECTING RIGHTS OF EMPLOYEES IN VIETNAMESE LAW AS COMMITMENTS OF THE COMPREHENSIVE AND PROGRESSIVE AGREEMENT FOR TRANS - PACIFIC PARTNERSHIP

Abstract

The article deals with the basic issues of protecting labour rights of employees in the context that Vietnam is a member of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership – CPTPP. The analysis and evaluation in the article will enrich and deepen the issues on the protection of human rights in the general and the rights of workers in particular, especially the rights of workers, to meet the basic labor standards mentioned in the CPTPP.
