Abstract

The reality of land price in Vietnam has shown that this issue has created many conflicts and contradictions in land administration. Quality of decisions on land price administration is one of the causes of limitations in land price administration. In the scope of this article, the author will evaluate the situation and propose potential solutions for the improvement of government decisions in land-price administration in Vietnam.
