Abstract

In recent years, disputes in the field of labour, especially labour contract (HDLD) disputes have become more and more popular in our country, which seems to be an objective indispensable in the market economy. The State issued the Labor Code in 2019 and the Code of Civil Procedure (BLLĐ) in 2015 to adjust the process of resolving this type of dispute effectively. However, there are still some limitations in the current regulations. The article assesses the situation of the law and proposes several solutions to improve the law and enhance the effectiveness of the law on the settlement of labour contracts in the current period
