TEACHING THE ENVIRONMENTAL LAW COURSE BY CASE-BASED TEACHING METHOD IN MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF OUTPUT STANDARDS – PRACTICE AT UNIVERSITY OF LAW, HUE UNIVERSITY
Abstract
The industrialization and modernization of the country has brought dramatic changes for the socio-economic development process, better meeting the needs of people. However, the strong competitive market mechanism forces employees instead of just meeting the requirements of qualification and pure knowledge, it forces them to possess fundamental knowledge about skills and career experience. This is not only a challenge for workers but it is a mission of the higher education institutions. With the motto of improving the quality of training, the University of Law - Hue University are researching on putting practical teaching methods into practice. Within the scope of the article, the author employs a practical case study to teach the Environmental Law Module, thereby making recommendations to help this model promote effectiveness and meet output standards.
