Abstract

Corporate social responsibility plays an important role in the market economy, especially in the current global economic integration time. Corporate social responsibility is seen as a "hinge" to build the culture and brand of the business. Especially the social responsibility of enterprises in protecting workers' rights. This is a fundamental issue to create quality products, build the reputation of businesses, contributing to help businesses develop sustainably; increase the competitiveness of enterprises in international economic integration. However, the implementation of legal regulations on corporate social responsibility in protecting workers' rights still has many shortcomings. Completing the legal corridor and building a Code of Conduct is considered the core solutions set in the current time.
