Abstract

In a market economy, registration of security plays an important role in the disclosure and transparency of information about the legal status of collateral. In addition, registration is also a method to protect the obligee in a relationship to ensure the performance of obligations. Legislators are always interested in completing the legal provisions on this legal content. However, in practical activities as well as in the research process, there are still many legal issues related to the registration of security interests that need to be discussed for further improvement in order to meet the requirements of economic - social development and international integration in the new era. The article mentions a number of legal issues on registration of security measures and institutional orientation for this field in the coming time.
