PREVENTION OF USURY IN CIVIL TRANSACTIONS IN CRIMINOLOGY IN VIET NAM NOWADAY

Abstract

 Crime prevention in general and prevention of crime of high interest loans in civil transactions is a necessary and indispensable activity in the fight against crime in Vietnam today. With the harms and consequences that the crimes of high interest loans or black credit have caused to the society, individuals and organizations, there is the need for appropriate institutions and timely adjustments to be able to deter crimes and violations. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the criminal legal signs of the crimes of high interest loans in civil transactions as well as to have analysis from the perspective of criminology to find out preventive measures.
