Some solutions for the Vietnam’s labor market activities within the context of the new normal
Abstract
The article studies the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Vietnam’s labor market. The results show that the Vietnam’s labor market is being heavily affected by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which indicates an imbalanced increase between the supply and the demand of the labor force as well as the unemployment rate. Through the article, the author proposes a number of solutions to help restore and develop the Vietnam’s labor market in a new normal state.
