Some solutions to effectively implement the objectives of the General Education Program 2018

Abstract

The educational goals of the advanced countries in this century tend to be towards comprehensive development of learners' abilities, both perfecting personal personality and meeting social requirements. Through analyzing the educational goals of some countries and evaluating factors affecting the process of implementing the goals of the 2018 General Education Program, we propose some solutions to implement effectively the program's goals.
