Abstract

The Central Western Highland is considered the roof of the Central coastal area of Vietnam, playing an important role in the protection. However due to many different causes, naturally and artificially, they have made lands, forest lands and cultivated lands to be decreased and degraded; consequently farmers have to face with more and more difficuties with cultivated lands. Realizing the causes and implenentating suitable solutions for solving those problems is a neccesary and urgent task.
